What You'll Need:
1 Large iron skillet or pan
Preheat oven on 400 F
Cooking spray
Ingredients:
8-10 thighs (bone-in AND skin-on)
1 packet Good Seasons Dry Italian Dressing (*secret ingredient)
¼ cup OR 4 tablespoonfuls canola OR vegetable oil
Instructions:
In a large bowl mix together the oil and the Good Seasons Dry Italian Dressing until well combined.
Add the thighs to the bowl and massage to ensure each piece is coated with the mixture.
Place in the refrigerator 3-4 hours (overnight when possible).
Remove thighs from the fridge and gently massage the pieces again to ensure well seasoned.
Place each piece skin side down into the skillet OR pan (pieces will be touching OK but DO NOT stack pieces on top of each other).
Place skillet in preheated oven and cook for about 30 minutes (until skin-side down is brown around the edges).
Turn-over and cook an addition 15 minutes OR until juices run clear.
Remove from the oven and let rest about 10 minutes and enjoy!
