What You'll Need:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
One baking pan, lined with parchment paper
Ingredients:
One 10-ounce riced cauliflower (thawed and drained)
3 ounces grated or shredded mozzarella (or your favorite cheese)
¼ teaspoonful basil
½ teaspoonful Oregano
1 teaspoonful *Secret ingredient (Good Season's Dry Italian Dressing)
½ teaspoonful pepper
Pizza sauce
¼ teaspoonful *salt (optional)
One egg yoke
Slice or chop red onion, peppers, and mushroom as desired (1 used 1 few slices of onion, pepper, and two medium mushrooms)
Turkey pepperoni slices (as desired)
Turkey Sweet Italian sausage (1-2 sausages removed from casing, cook until done then set aside)
Instructions:
Place the microwave bag in the microwave the frozen cauliflower. Carefully remove the bag from the microwave and carefully scoop the cauliflower onto paper towels to drain. (OR) place the cauliflower in a medium pan on low heat and stir around the pan until most of the moisture is absorbed; then set aside to cool
In a separate bowl mix together Basil, oregano, dressing, dressing, salt and pepper
Once cooled, add to the cooled cauliflower one egg yolk, oregano, basil, dressing, salt, and pepper and mix together with your hands until you form a medium-sized "dough" and place on the baking sheet on for about 15 minutes (until top slightly brown and sides are crispy); then set aside to cool
Once "dough" is cooled spread on pizza sauce, and top with your favorite toppings; place in oven until cheese is melted; remove from oven slice and enjoy!
To make this vegetarian add your favorite vegetables, cheese, and sauce!
